We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for health & safety and are available for purchase at the studio. Please try to avoid clothing with zips, as it can damage the equipment.
Long hair should be tied up to avoid getting caught in equipment.
-
Our group classes are designed for participants aged 16 and older. Clients under 18 will need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. For younger clients, we recommend exploring our private sessions where we can tailor the experience to their specific needs.
-
Yes, absolutely. Our studio is available for private sessions, duo sessions, or exclusive hire for events, wellness retreats, or small-group training. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs, availability, and pricing.
-
Yes, with a few important considerations. We welcome expectant mums who are experienced in Reformer Pilates to attend our Sculpt, Stretch and Prenatal classes. For those who are new to Reformer Pilates please join Prenatal classes initially and discuss your next class with a member of our team.
-
Absolutely! Many of our clients are beginners. We recommend starting with our Sculpt or Stretch class or booking a private session to become familiar with the equipment and movements in a supportive, one-on-one setting.
-
To ensure a quality experience, our group classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 clients per class. This allows our instructors to offer personalised guidance and maintain a safe, effective workout environment.
-
We ask that you consult your doctor before starting any new exercise. Please inform your instructor before class of any injuries, surgeries, or conditions.
In many cases, we can offer modifications—or recommend private sessions for a more specialised movement.
