Meet The Instructors

  • With a background in performing and dance, Sienna wanted to find a movement form with similar techniques which was just as fulfilling, which is where her love for Pilates started. She loves what Reformer Pilates can do for the mind and body at such a low but connected impact. Sienna is committed to adapting and motivating you, so that you leave the studio feeling comfortable, positive and confident.

  • Millie Henderson is a proud APPI-certified Pilates instructor whose journey began in Australia with mat Pilates, later expanding to reformer expertise in the UK. With a degree in “Physical Education & sport science” and specialist training in both ante & postnatal care, she delivers tailored sessions that go far beyond the basics for those with injuries or pre existing conditions Millie has a history of working along side chartered physios and worked within a chiropractors clinic.

    Pilates is more than a profession for Millie – it's in her blood. Her mother opened Surrey’s first Mat based Pilates studio over three decades ago, and Millie quite literally grew up on the mat. Now, she continues the family legacy through private & group reformer sessions that blend precision, passion, and a deep-rooted love for the discipline.

  • With over 10 years experience of being a qualified instructor Victoria Lamm (affectionately known as Lammy) brings a vibrant mix of passion, precision, and fun to every class. Formerly a professional dancer, she enjoyed a successful career performing on the West End stage, in music videos, tours and performing internationally. It was Pilates that kept her strong and injury-free throughout her dance journey — and it’s the same method that supported her through two pregnancies and her postnatal recovery. Lammy is trained in both Reformer and Mat Pilates, she is also pre and postnatal trained. She loves to challenge her clients, push their limits, and keep them smiling through the burn. For her, Pilates isn’t just exercise — it’s the ultimate way to feel powerful, capable, and alive. When she’s not in the studio, Lammy is busy keeping up with her two young boys — her greatest joy and motivation.

  • Maena is a certified Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist. Having suffered numerous injuries herself, Maena developed an interest in how to look after the body and prevent and rehabilitate after injury. This led to her immersing herself in the world of Pilates and soft tissue therapy.

    Maena loves keeping active through running, Pilates and strength training. She enjoys nothing more than helping her clients discover the benefits of Pilates, giving them time and space to focus on building strength and flexibility, whilst finding balance in mind and body.

  • Ex-ballet dancer Kristina strives to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, strength and balance for her reformer pilates clients. She encourages clients to explore their body's capabilities in order to achieve the sense of empowerment and strength. Kristina's teaching is centred around honouring the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates.

  • Femina came to Pilates due to a back issue over 20 years ago. Seeing the effect in her own body she felt compelled to become a teacher and ‘share the love’ with others. She trained with Polestar UK and has been teaching both group classes and one to ones. Femina is also both Pre & Post-natal trained.

    Femina is a self-confessed geek and loves to develop her knowledge and training of how our bodies work and function, increasing her ability to teach different bodies.

    Femina’s teaching style is about movement with awareness and intention. Our bodies are really clever and if we work in this way, we can all achieve effective and efficient movement. Props are used to enhance movement or provide feedback on movement, making each class a great workout for the whole body.

    Femina firmly believes that Pilates is an inclusive exercise and that everyone can achieve something through Pilates. Come and have a go at her class and see what you can achieve!

  • Zeynep brings a blend of academic excellence, corporate experience, and a deep passion for Pilates and well-being to her teaching. As a certified Pilates instructor by STOTT and EREPS, she turned her dedication to health and love for Pilates into her profession, helping clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Passionate about creating lasting change, Zeynep empowers clients to feel strong, confident, and truly at home in their bodies. Her classes are known for being high-energy, results-driven, and genuinely fun. Expect an effective full-body workout that leaves you feeling amazing - mentally and physically. Effective work meets joy, real results meet long-term transformation - that’s the essence of Zeynep’s teaching style.

  • As a certified Stott Pilates Instructor, Emma approaches her teaching with a particular eye for detail and personal touch.


    Expect to utilise the bed in many different ways, fluidly moving through exercises with a strong emphasis on the Pilates principles throughout to achieve the maximum benefits in class. Her favourite exercise on the bed is Short Box 'Climb a Tree' for a deep sense of connection to your entire core, alongside emphasis on Spinal Mobility and lengthening of the body. Emma will always include a strong element of Stability and Balance in her sequences, with light spring Lunges or Side Splits, utilising extra equipment and choreography to add in further challenges. As an instructor her goal is to always strive for progression in whatever your goal may be. So expect personal encouragement and motivation in class, to really feel those improvements, and to always be learning something new about your body.
